Preparation Instructions:

Dump the entire pouch contents into 1 gallon of water.

Bring to a boil, then reduce to a low simmer.

Simmer for 1 full hour.

Turn off heat and let steep for 10–15 minutes.

Strain and set aside the herbs — they may be reused once for a second boil.

How to Drink:

Consume 8–16 oz daily. Can be enjoyed warm or cold.

Storage:
