Because we make every jar fresh just for you, there are absolutely NO cancellations at any point once the order is placed.

Your order is set in stone the moment it’s submitted — we immediately account for materials, ingredients, and custom labeling.


We’re not like other sea moss brands that sell you product that’s already been sitting in a fridge for weeks.

We never pre-make or mass-store. Everything is fresh, real, and made to order — just how it should be.


Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • We offer pure Jamaican sea moss gel — the way nature intended — for you to consume straight with a spoon in the morning on an empty stomach.

  • If you cannot handle the natural taste, we recommend blending it into a smoothie or juice instead.

  • Taste, texture, and smell can vary slightly from batch to batch — this is normal with real, wildcrafted sea moss.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 


If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

 

  1. Contact us at support@damossplug.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide clear photos of the damaged or wrong item, including all packaging.

  3. We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

 

 

 

 

🚚 Lost or Stolen Packages

 

 

  • Once your package ships, Da Moss Plug is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

  • Tracking information will be provided via email — you are responsible for tracking your order.

  • If your package is marked “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
