📦 Shipping Policy – Da Moss Plug
At Da Moss Plug, we are committed to delivering high-quality Jamaican sea moss gel to our customers as quickly and safely as possible. However, once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damages caused during transit.

⏳ Processing & Shipping Times
Processing Time: Previously, our lead times were around 2 weeks before your order shipped. Now, we’ve streamlined our process — orders take just 7–9 days to be made fresh, and sometimes as fast as 2–3 days depending on order timing. Lead times are much faster now!
Shipping Time: Transit times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
🚚 Shipping Responsibility

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

Customers must ensure they provide the correct shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
📩 Tracking & Delivery Responsibility

You are responsible for tracking your package.

You will receive tracking information via email, along with instructions on how to monitor your shipment.

We will NOT DM, call, text, or personally notify you when your package arrives.

It is your responsibility to set up shipping alerts and check your mail regularly.

We cannot be held responsible for products left to expire, spoil, or be stolen after delivery.
❄️ Cold Pack Shipping Notice

Jars will NOT arrive cold.

Don’t worry — just pop them into the refrigerator as soon as you receive them!

Our sea moss gel is properly insulated with cold packs, adjusted based on travel distance, to help prevent spoilage.

It is very important to refrigerate your jars immediately upon delivery.

If you attempt to consume the sea moss without refrigerating first, it may taste or smell different than intended.

We always recommend refrigeration right away for the best quality, taste, and freshness.

Your sea moss gel will be ready to enjoy the following day after being properly refrigerated.
📦 Damaged Jars & Shipping Issues

If your jars arrive damaged, contact us immediately. We will promptly replace your product, but please allow time for processing. This is part of our Da Moss Plug guarantee!

If you believe your package is lost, contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number for assistance.

In the rare event of an electronic error on our end related to shipping, we will re-ship your order at no additional cost to you.

All orders are made fresh to order, so we now require 7–9 days (sometimes as fast as 2–3 days) to prepare your order before it ships. This is a big improvement from our previous 2-week lead time.
