This product contains real palo azul wood sourced from the highlands of Mexico. No fillers, no additives, and no fake blends—just real herbal wood traditionally used to prepare palo azul tea.

Use 1 oz of palo azul wood per 1 gallon of spring or alkaline water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for about 1 hour. Once finished, drink it warm or allow it to cool to room temperature and store it in a pitcher in the refrigerator.

Most people drink 8–16 oz per day. Some choose to drink it throughout the day or replace their regular water with it depending on their goal.

Store the palo azul wood in a cool, dry place away from moisture and sunlight to maintain freshness and quality.

Palo azul is traditionally consumed by adults. If given to children, smaller amounts are recommended, and parental discretion is advised.
